Budget and quality meal

Suddenly the urge is so bloody strong to take me having dinner out of my home. Initially we plan to go Shibaraku in Mahkota Parade, whereby currentlt they are having only RM19++ per person for a Japanese buffet. Damn...it was so cheap! I try to book over the phone but no one pick up the call. What the heck! I decide to walk in right away, without any reservation. Unfortunately when I reach there it's full book. Then we try out Seoul Garden. Holy cow! It cost about almost RM27++ per person. Definitely it's way out of my budget. Finally we end up having steamboat in Melaka Raya. I can't really recall the restaurant name, but I know it's just right next to Spazzo Discotheque. We order 2 flavor of soup, ginseng and tom yam respectively. And guess how much per person? Good food, with full stomach only cost us about RM14 per person for 7 of us. Now, this is what I call budget and quality meal!

PayPerPost vs Google

I was very very pissed off with my Google ranking for my the other blog called http://www.fieldoflove.net/

It used to ranked 2nd, however it's ranked 5th after just a few months. One of the hint that I got is it only impact on those PayPerPost bloggers. Gosh, I just doesn't know what happen between PayPerPost and Google. Poor bloggers like me have been victimized. I try to remove those links from PayPerPost and hopefully I can regain my ranking. On the other hand, I might be losing some decent income from PayPerPost. For the past few months, PayPerPost has been a very consistent pay master. No doubt that I really love writing blogs for them.

Hopefully both Google and PayPerPost will get back together soon without slaughtering small time bloggers like me.

Stupid DVD seller

My sis was making hell lot of noise when she play the DVD. For RM12 she was expecting to have a complete 20 series per DVD, however she only got 10 series. No wonder she was cursing like hell over the DVD. I did not know that she was buying DVDs from the seller in the night market. She remind me that last year, I also caught myself cursing the same DVD seller. Not because of the money I pay but for the dishonest character show by the seller. This idiot was very very unfortunate to meet my sis. She's not someone what you wanna mess with! Particularly those who want to mess with her money! Well, at least she got her RM12 back.

Note: Malacca, Malaysia market is selling as per following:

Software: DVD - RM10, CD - RM5
Movies: DVD - RM7, CD - RM5
Songs: Mp3 CD - RM5, CD - RM5, DVD Mp3 - RM10

To those who are thinking of getting the latest movies, please refer to the price list above. However you might be getting something cheaper, it's even better isn't it?

The Adsense Code

This is a quite Christmas for me. I wanted to hang out, but two reasons stop me from doing so. Firstly is that Vivi is unavailable for me to date. Secondly the traffic jam is so unbearable. Ya, ya...I know that both are bloody lame excuse to move my lazy arse. Again, I manage to compensate my time by doing something useful instead. I dig out one of my favourite books title "The Adsense Code" by Joel Comm. So, who is Joel Comm anyway? He is one of the reknown or I consider as one of the most Adsense guru around. In The Adsense Code, it teach all webmasters how to earn a decent income by making use of Adsense. In the past I have read numerous online money making books, however I highly recommend to all Adsense fans. This book is well written, easy to understand and most importantly are the valueble tips. For only $24.95, it open a whole new Adsense dimension in your brain. You can also check out the book at http://www.theadsensecode.com/

Remedies to Prevent Hair Loss

Almost everyone likes to have thick hair as it adds value to your personality. But if your hair is not dense it can be enhanced with proper treatment.

Rosemary is an important ingredient that promotes hair quality. Mix ½ cup of rosemary to 1 cup of water. Add this solution to half the quantity of your shampoo and cleanse your head. Rosemary helps opening the blocked pores in the scalp and thus gives a chance for hair growth. Tea can be made out of this product and it is useful for the overall blood circulation and supports hair growth also.

You can also clean your hair with slightly cold water to make them shine and glow. If you wish to make them lighter, apply lemon or lemon juice. Make use of egg yolk when the hair is wet. This conditions the hair and prevents hair splits and hair loss.

To make your hair look healthier and shiny mix almond oil and castor oil and massage the scalp gently. Cover it with a towel for sometime so that the scalp absorbs the mixture. Rinse your hair with a mixture of 2-3 teaspoonfuls of honey and water.

Aloe Vera helps to prevent the male pattern baldness in women and when applied to the scalp gives rise to thick and healthy hair. Onion includes high quality sulfur in it and therefore it yields the same benefits like Aloe Vera.

The red pepper popularly known as Capsium releases the hormone to the cells known as histamine. In this way all the necessary nutrients reach the scalp area and thus gives scope for hair growth.

To prepare a quick conditioner mix one egg with 1 tsp vinegar and glycerin. We can also make a honey conditioner by adding 1-2 whipped eggs to honey along with olive oil. When we mix about two eggs to 2 tsp of brandy we get an alcoholic conditioner. All the above-mentioned conditioners need to be gently applied on the scalp and should be cleansed with shampoo and steam.

If you maintain a good quality of your hair then you will obviously create a good impression.

Diet for Healthy Hair

There are a few food items that need to be included in our diet to prevent the problem of hair fall. Our body requires calcium, silica and iron. Green vegetables and the seafood provide calcium to the body. Raw oats are rich in silica. Iron can be obtained from dried fruits and cherry juice.

The people who consume a lot of fatty foods face the problem of increased testosterone levels during puberty. Due to this the hair follicles are affected and they face the problem of alopecia.

Anemia is also one of the causes of hair loss. In order to stay away from this illness, it is better to eat plenty of green and leafy vegetables, dry fruits, eggs, whole grain cereals and iron-rich foods.

The intake of protein is very vital to the hair, as the hair mainly comprises of proteins. The foods that are rich in protein are wheat germs, calves liver and brewer’s yeast. Granulated lecithin besides being rich in proteins also contains Vitamin B in plenty.

Silica works out very effectively for hair growth. As per a study conducted by the Soviet Union, silica was added to shampoo. The results that were obtained were really promising. It prevented e hair loss, stimulated hair growth and the hair texture was sparkling and shiny.

This nutrient can be extracted from the outer covering of potato, green and red pepper and cucumber. Vitamin C readily improves the absorption of iron into the body. Therefore your food diet should include fruits like orange and sweet lime. It is advised to consume edibles like nuts, seeds, olive oil or avocados, as they are rich in vitamin E.

Sometimes due to the malfunctioning of thyroid system you may be undergoing the problem of hair loss. For this reason Vitamin A becomes really essential. Therefore use foods like carrots, spinach, flax, walnuts or pumpkins. For proper iodine intake eat turnips, cabbage, mustard or peanuts.

No words can speak

When I was a kid, my mom always told me to follow her closely or else I'm gonna get kidnapped end up losing my arms or limbs begging on the road side. And I was thought she was just pulling my legs so that she won't be chasing after me.

Many years later until this very day, I witness an event that capture those words. a young lad, crawling along the streets begging pedestrian for money. His face and body decorated with dirts. Eating left over foods behind restaurant kitchens. sometimes they have to fight off stray dogs for those leftovers.

It raise mixture feelings of anger, sad, pity. It wrench the heart of every warm blood foreign pedestrian like me, maybe not the locals. When I hand over my half loaf of bread, those teary eyes of his whisper the gratefulness that no words can speak.

Permanent Hair Removal with Lasers? Can You Really Kiss the Razor Bye Bye?

Permanent hair removal via new laser technology is quickly becoming the method of choice for thousands of women to permanently banish those long leg and underarm shaving sessions, and to leave them soft and smooth without wasting precious minutes every day. So, what is the cost of laser hair removal, and what does the process entail? Well, I will tell you…

First of all, not everyone is eligible for laser hair removal, so you should definitely consult with a specialist or specialist organization before you even consider this route for permanent hair removal.

While laser hair removal is much less expensive than the (somewhat painful) method of removing hair called electrolysis, some individuals may only be eligible for electrolysis due to physical and hair characteristics which make laser hair removal very difficult or impossible.

First of all, any person who is exceptionally dark in skin pigmentation would not be a good candidate for this procedure, and may want to look into alternatives to lasers to remove unwanted body or facial hair. Additionally, people with tanned skin and light hair, or people with generally very light hair would not be good candidates.

Cost of Laser Hair Removal?

The cost can vary considerably, depending on whether you choose to do a large area of your body, like your legs (which will cost considerably more), or just a small area, like facial hair above the lip and so on. Generally each session costs roughly $500 for smaller or medium size areas, and depending on the surface area covered will cost more per session, and require return sessions to get all of the hair removed.
How Does Laser Hair Removal Work?

Well, I’ve got good and bad news here. You will require return treatments to keep the hair gone, and to get all of it, and contrary to what most people believe, you will not be able to hang up the razor forever, because you will still have a few stray hairs here and there. Trust me, it would be nearly impossible to get every single hair, maybe some day, but this technology has not come this far yet today. I will say this, you will be considerably smoother and have to worry about shaving way less though, so it’s still worth it.

And get this, while they know that laser hair removal makes your hair fall out, they still are not exactly sure why. In other words, there is conjecture that the laser action and heat below the surface of the skin breaks the hair follicle apart and destroys that hair permanently, but they don’t have 100% conclusive evidence of that theory yet. What happens after a laser treatment is that over the course of the next few weeks or months after treatment, the hair on the treated area just falls out. For whatever reason, laser hair removal tends to work best for people with a fair complexion and darker hair.

Interesting huh? So, if you were considering having your hair removed by a laser professionally, whether it be for your legs, or facial hairs or any other unwanted bodily hair, hopefully now you can go into it a little more educated!

Nose And Ear Hair Removal For Men

Nose hair and ear hair removal can be a common form of hair removal for men especially as we get older.
Typically guys settle for temporary methods of hair removal for both nose hair and ear hair and often choose to remove hair manually perhaps with tweezers.

Another method that might be a bit more palatable is to buy a nose hair and ear hair trimmer. There are many products to choose from and can often be used for other hair removal such as removing hair on the back of your neck, getting rid of your unibrow and for trimming your sideburns.

While a nose hair and ear hair trimmer is a short term fix and may only remove the hair for a few days or perhaps weeks, it shouldn't be a painful experience if done properly and is usually relatively quick to complete.

Plus, a decent nose hair and ear hair trimmer start at about $20 for a decent one that is battery operated so it's pretty cheap too.

Given the precarious location of nose hair and ear hair, the options for hair removal are somewhat more limited than other body parts that might be treatable with other longer-lasting options.

You might find a laser hair removal practitioner that is willing to offer ear hair removal but when it comes to nose hair removal, you're probably stuck with shorter-term options like the ones mentioned above.

Having said that, nose hair and ear hair are generally confined to relatively small areas so using an electric trimmer to deal with the unwanted hair in question can usually do the trick when done carefully.

Temporary and permanent hair removal technology is evolving constantly and is relevant to both men and women who want to remove unwanted hair.
