Something in my blood

Cars passby, I was sitting at the road side observing moving cars. I couldn't lift myself up wondering why does it happen. Cason was doing the chanting with a monk. I look from outside quitely.

My emotions scattered in tears. I walk with my heads down and I still couldn't face the reality. It's just too cruel for me to accept...too cruel.

Before he was pushed into the heating oven, I put my palms together, with my closed eyes, I pray. I just hope his sins will be forgiven and credit the goods that he did. Tears rolled down from my closing eyes.

Something in my blood makes me miss this man. Bobby Lim "ah wei ko ko", he might not be the best man that I met, but he can be the most wonderful man that ever exist in my life. You will always be remembered as a man who cherish our life with your selfless self...rest in peace...

Do You Know These Hair Coloring Secrets?

Coloring your hair is perhaps the quickest and most dramatic way to change your look.

There are two types of hair dyes: permanent and semi- permanent, with variations of each.

A) Permanent Tints:Must be mixed with hydrogen peroxide to lift hair color. The peroxide opens the hair cuticle so that the tint can penetrate the cortex and form the color. The higher the level of peroxide, the quicker and lighter the result.

B) Semi-Permanent Colors:They don't actually lift the color-you can either vary the tone within your natural highlights or go darker. The color can last up to 20 washes and will softly fade as you shampoo, causing no re-growth problem.

C) Semi-Permanent Vegetable Colors:Contain only vegetable extracts and natural ingredients, so no color is stripped from your hair. It is similar to henna but it doesn't coat the hair (adds shine though). This color sits on the hair's surface and will wash out after about 8 shampoos.

Different coloring methods suit different hairstyles, so get some expert advice when deciding which one to go for... Skin Tone: Your new hair color should complement your skin tone. Light-skinned people don't look good with very dark hair because it draws color out of their skin.

Blonde:If you would love to be blonde, talk the process through with your colorist (or stylist) before you go for it. It should be relatively painless on virgin dark brown hair, but if your hair has been permanently tinted then the process will become a long saga.

Never attempt this kind of dye job on your own for the first time.

Red:Red is the sexy shade, for color that cries out for attention. Hair holds on to red-toned pigments well, so going copper-top can be easy for most people. But be warned-if you are blonde you will usually have to go two or three shades darker than your natural color to achieve a rich red (brunette), and it's not easy to reverse it.

Brown:Brunette is always a safe choice as it suits nearly everyone. Varying the shade with highlights can achieve a huge range of looks. From chocolate brown and bronze shades to honey or dark blonde, combinations of natural tones gives incredible shine as darker-pigmented tints add condition to your hair.
Black:This is by far the easiest color to accomplish because the molecules in black tints are larger and will cover all hair types very effectively. Caution is needed when using black, as it only tends to look good on people with darker and olive skin tones.

Some popular coloring questions:

* Will coloring my hair damage it?Only if the wrong level of peroxide is used or you are over-processing (too many permanent colors are applied) your hair. If you constantly change your hair color, especially if you go from blonde to brown and back to blonde, you must regularly use deep conditioning treatments.
* What's better for my hair, semi-permanent or permanent color?Semi-permanent color gives your hair a higher shine and enhances condition, but they won't lift natural hair color. Also, a semi-permanent tint will not cover large amount of gray hair (more than 50 percent).

Detoxification weekend

A lot of people ask me how am I going to spend this coming holiday. Initially I thought of driving down to Tioman Island or even to Cameron Highlands. But think again, maybe I should spend more time with my aging parents before leaving for a long business trip.

So, what shall I do over this holiday? Well, I called it a detoxification weekend. I bought a lot of vege and fruits in the nite market. So, this weekend I only allow my throat to swallow non-meat food. I think I badly need a proper meal.

I'm looking at a picture which taken about 2 years back. It's the pic of my team. Lately I hardly involve in any my team matches. I left the team way sometime back. They knew I have quit the team. With the current job load, yes, I have to admit it's effecting my personal life. Sometimes it just can be mentally stressful, even replying an email.

A lot of people are are not working today. Most of them are on annual leave. Monday will be even worst. Most likely I'll be the only one in the office. Good for me, as I can do my work without any disturbance... :0)

No chance to come back

Kelly came to pay her last respect to her dad. I couldn't recognize her initially. the last time I met her was more than 20 years ago. She spend most of her time in australia, I doubt if she still remember me.

Probably this is his last wish to see kelly. People often jump to the conclusion that kelly should meet his dad when he's around. But I understand her hesitation. no one understand how a dad abandon his daugther when she's young. No one understand how a kid grow up without a dad. It took kelly a lot of strength and courage to come forward for the last respect.

Maybe one thing she did not know is that he's awake from all his mistakes and back for good...but he was never given a chance to redeem his sin...

In our love, I think our first love give us the most impressed moment. It's craved into our heart for live. We might deny it, but the truth lies in our heart. And I believe Sally will come...

1. Buy the proper products. You must get a razor and a shaving cream before going on with the other steps.

Do not use a male shaving cream or soap. You can easily find specialized creams for female shaving suitable for your skin type.

Likewise, you must not use switch blade razor or a disposable razor. You should buy a female safety razor which can be used to pubic hair shaving.

4. Now you are ready to shave. Apply shaving cream generously on your pubic hair. Straighten your skin with one hand and gently shave with the other hand. Move the razor in the counter direction of your hair slowly.

You can shave the same area more than time but make sure you have enough cream on the pubic hair area.

Is Hair Sugaring An Effective Way To Remove Body Hair?

Hair sugaring is a process that can be used quite beneficially for hair removal. If you are someone that has used waxing in the past, consider sugaring. In the process, the wax is replaced with a sugar and honey mixture. It is sticky and works very much like that of waxing. And, it can produce the same results. But, it is organic in nature and it has the ability to give you an easier clean up too. Sugaring is a process of extracting hair from the follicle.

Although hair sugaring is a messy process the results of doing it can last upwards of two to six weeks. You can use it throughout the body since it is a natural product and see results. Many individuals find it most beneficial to the bikini line as well as to the upper lip. When the hair is removed, it will grow back. But, many people have found that it will grow back at a much lighter and finer way and it is like that it will not be nearly as thick either.

What To Use:

You can actually use a homemade solution of hair sugaring and get great results. Here’s what you should use:
- One Cup Sugar
- Juice from half of a lemon
- One fourth cup of honey

Mix these well and then microwave on high for about two to three minutes. You are looking for a smooth consistency. Leave the bowl standing for several minutes to cool to a safe temperature.
Now, you will need to get some white cotton cloth in strips (or use store bought waxing papers) as well as wooden tongue depressors to apply the mixture.
Here’s what to do:
- Clean skin and make sure that it is completely dry. No soap or body lotions should be used in the area.
- Apply cornstarch to the area. This will draw out the oils that are within your skin making the procedure work even better.
- Use the tongue depressor to apply a thin layer of the mixture over the area that you will want the hair removed from.
- Cover the area with a cloth strip. Rub the strip so that it is firmly in place. Do this with moderate pressure and in the opposite direction of the hairs growth.
- Grab the end of the strip and pull it back quickly in the opposite direction of the hair’s growth.
- Wash the area with water to remove the sugary mixture.

Like waxing, the area may be sensitive and red for a few minutes but this is a temporary situation. You will find it to be one that you can deal with if you want great looking hair removal at a very low cost. Hair sugaring is a procedure that can be done within a few minutes and can be repeated as necessary.

Silently slip away

Initially I thought the compass was cheap at RM12. After purchasing it, then I take my own sweet time shopping for some books in the book store. And I saw some compass display inside the glass cabinet. When I take a clear look at the price tag, it's showing only RM5. Even though the design is different, but to me, it's a very much reasonable price. Kinda dissapointed with my impatience. It's not about the money, but myself.

Then, I start to think calmly. It's a very good lesson. In our life, we often make a snap shot decision. We never look or verify our surroundings. Same goes for relationship. A lot of times we just look at the surface. And from the surface we already decide our destiny. We started to regret as the best is just right by our side and we just let it silently slip away...

Easy going life

Skipped this morning's meeting where I'm suppose to attend, but I don't feel like going. I'm a rebel in my department where it's an open secret that I don't get along with my superior. Other than that I do get along very well with other colleagues.

There are still a lot of unfinished tasks in my hand. Today I'm suppose to complete it, however there are a lot of clarification need to be done. On top of that it's bloody monday. I did not slept too well last nite. There are so much of stuff rolling in my head. And I just came across another friend of mine who's going through a divorce, after making his girlfriend pregnant. The news increase the divorce figure to 4 for this year alone. Suddenly it's just became a phobia to get married. Currently my life is pretty simple...work, lazing around the house, football, a little bit of travelling...no dates for me. So, everything seems to be so easy going...

Vitamins for Hair Growth

Hair loss or baldness is caused mainly due to the lack of Vitamin B supplements. Vitamin B5 contains pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin that is vital for hair growth). B6 is equally important to the body, as it contains the nutrients of zinc, sulfur, magnesium and biotin.

An interesting fact about Vitamin B: Certain experiments were conducted with rats and they were fed with food that lacked magnesium supplements. It was found that they lost their hair in bunches and when they were provided with a low biotin diet they turned hairless. But to the surprise of all, their hair returned when they were fed with food rich in Vitamin B. Similar studies were conducted on men and it was found that Vitamin B enriches the quality of hair.

The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.

Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.

Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth.

I admire

Lying on the big field looking at the beautiful sky. The rest of the players has not arrived yet. The view is absolutely awesome. Wind breeze through me and the smell of grass is so enchanting.

Quah came with two of his kids. He's not playing but spend some quality time with his lads. "Today is family day", declare Quah. I smile at him and greet his kids.

I observe them, and enjoy the laughter, the fun. Finally I get to see a man of family responsibility after knowing the downs of my friends. People always say divorce is common. Well...at least I'm witnessing a hope.

This is something that I'm always longing for. Share everything I know and make them a person of tomorrow. If today, you ask me what do I admire and I guess you already know the answer...
