The Bikini Wax: Bikini Waxing And Brazilian Waxing

Bikini waxing is a form of depilation that temporarily removes unwanted hair in the pubic region.
It gets its name because it removes hair that would otherwise be visible while wearing a bikini.
While a bikini wax can be done at home with a home waxing kit, given the sensitive nature of the area being treated, you might opt to have a professional do the waxing for you in a clinic, spa, etc.

Also, like other forms of waxing it can be painful and since waxing is not a permanent form of hair removal, the hair will grow back again.

What about a Brazilian wax? What does it entail?

A Brazilian wax involves removing most (if not all) pubic hair rather than just the hair that would be visible while wearing a bikini. Brazilian waxing services are usually offered at salons and other businesses that offer professional waxing services.

As with other waxing services, you obviously want to ensure you use a professional who has significant experience and who knows what they are doing.

Now, being a guy I obviously have not experienced this form of waxing so I don't feel like I should be commenting on what you should expect to feel if you choose to go down this route. Having said that, given the sensitive area being treated, many women don't find it comfortable and it can be painful.

If you know someone who has had bikini waxing or Brazilian waxing done, you might ask them about their experience to get a better sense of what it entails.

Temporary and permanent hair removal technology is evolving constantly and is relevant to both men and women who want to remove unwanted hair.

His departure

Douglas will be serving the company till end of this month. His departure came as no surprise to me prior to his working character. He join with high reputation, but he was outclassed not because of the job load, but this character. I have to admit I do clash with him a couple of times, but with all means, I don't want to see him out. as a project manager he did not live up the expectation. Chance has been given to him numerous times, but he did not show that kind of appreciation where he should. he was just sitting next to me, and I often give my very best to help.

Corporate world can be bloody cruel. Praises came in when you perform, with the price of your quality life. Vice versa, you can be booted out in the very next minute. Decisions is thrown to you where the rest just chicken out. wrong decisions crash you down to the ground.

8 Tips on Leg Shaving

Shaving legs is by far the most popular method of hair removal for women. As much as we hate it, we do it on fairly regular basis. Some of us even every day.

But there is much more to shaving than just a razor, a little bit of soap and water. If you want to prevent the annoying cuts, razor rash and ingrown hair and get the closest shave possible, then I suggest you read the following tips and implement them into your daily shaving routine.

Ready? Let's go shaving legs!

Tip # 1
Invest a few dollars and get a good razor. The disposable ones are not designed to do as good of a job as the reusable ones. You will definitely get a closer shave and avoid nicks with the more expensive one.
Tip # 2
Don't forget to change your blades frequently. Using a dull razor will give you a razor rash, nicks and a chance for ingrown hair.
Tip # 3
Do not go shaving legs right after getting out of bed in the morning. Your skin is more puffy at that time of the day and your stubble is not as visible. You will get a closer shave if you wait about 30 minutes.
Tip # 4
If you shave your legs in a bath, you must know that your skin will shrivel in under 10 minutes which will make the stubble disappear somewhat. The solution? Shave your legs within the first 10 minutes in the tub.
Tip # 5
Exfoliate your legs with a body scrub or a loofah. That will get rid of dead skin cells that will otherwise clog up the razor. Plus it will give you soft and smooth skin.
Tip # 6
Do not apply your shaving lotion onto dry skin. Wet your legs for at least 2 minutes first. When your skin is hydrated, your hair will stand up and you'll get a closer shave.
Tip # 7
Once the shaving lotion is on your legs, allow it to sit there for a couple of minutes. That will hydrate your skin even more.
Tip # 8
Please do not use plain soap. I know we've all done it more than we care to admit. But the problem with soap is, that it will not only dry your skin out, but also the razor will not glide smoothly and it might give you a few cuts and a rash.

So there you have it. Your basic rules for shaving legs that will give you the closest shave possible and in the long run will save you some time, as you will not need to shave as often as you usually do.

Fast Hair Growth Tips

The first fast hair growth tip I would like to provide is to find out the cause of air loss as soon as possible, and then choose for best hair loss treatment products and solutions after you are thoroughly informed.

Besides the medical treatment there are many safe herbal supplements which can serve as excellent male hair growth products if you are suffering form pattern hair loss.

Some other fast hair growth tips

Sudden hair loss
Incase you are experiencing a sudden hair loss, keep in mind this sudden and severe hair loss of your could be due to acute stress or a sudden toxicity or poisoning to the body due to some toxic metals. It is best to rule out the following causes of hair loss before taking any medicine.

Stress has been associated with hair loss for many years. During times of extreme stress, the body loses large amounts of vitamins, minerals and protein in the urine. This sudden loss of nutrients has been thought as a factor in hair loss. The stress may be caused by illnesses such as scarlet fever; it may follow pregnancy or other illnesses.

During times of stress cortisol levels also increase. Cortisol is a hormone produce by the adrenal glands. It has many important functions. However, in excess, it can trigger hair loss as well as bone loss. If cortisol is found elevated by saliva testing, a protocol for male hair loss treatment does exist that will normalize it. So far, this program has been 100% successful for restoring fast hair growth for males.

Chronic hair loss
Chronic hair loss is commonly due to hormonal and nutritional factors or a slow chronic toxicity. Toxins interfere with the nutrients and hormonal substances that help hair growth. Some toxins interfere with the function of glands or damage the hair follicle.

Proper testing of urine, blood and in some cases also hair (to reflect tissue levels) is important to assess nutritional deficiency due to minerals and vitamins. Guessing by symptoms can fail miserably. An excess of a nutrient can sometimes create the same symptom as a deficiency of that same nutrient.

Testosterone is known to be responsible for male pattern baldness in men when it or its receptors ( Dihydrotesterone) are too high. There are many natural dht blockers are available which are better over the medicines which are known to have many side effects.

Many natural substances are now being used that help the body naturally produce the hormone. There are special traditional Chinese medicine available as male hair loss treatment products. One such herbal male hair growth treatment is Saw Palmetto herbal supplement which is one of the top ten herbal supplements used these days in most fast hair growth products.

The green tea hair growth products offer remarkable antioxidant benefits because of its high level of Polyphenols. The herbal constituents in the tea contain a suite of the key components that have been shown to block DHT from binding to the hair follicle.

Both estrogen and copper are antagonist to zinc the deficiency of which has long been recognized as a factor in hair loss.

New vitamin formulations are now have recently be developed that help the body lower copper and balance estrogen. Lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminum and copper are the most common causes of hair loss. Other elements such as manganese, chromium, arsenic, titanium may also be involved. Lithium and selenium toxicity have been well documented as causative agents in hair loss.

Toxic metals usually do not appear in a blood test unless the person is suffering with extreme poisoning. However they will show in the hair or finger nails if the person is suffering with slow, long term exposure to the metals. This is the most common type of exposure.

Toxic metals do not easily move out of the body and will accumulate in the joints, bone, liver and other organs and glands. They need to be removed by taking specific vitamins that drive them out. Hair testing has been recognized by the EPA as an effective means of testing for toxic metals. Testing is the key factor in understanding how the body is being effected and what should be taken to correct the problem and revive the hair growth potential of your body.

Chemical toxicity from various sources can contribute to hair loss: chemotherapy therapy, thallium compounds (at poisons) and other medications. Always check with your pharmacist to see if your medication can be causing your hair loss prior to looking for other causes of hair loss.
The author is involved with the hair growth research, he is also writing on subjects like the traditional Chinese medicine and safe herbal supplements to educate people so that they don’t fall an easy prey to the hordes of synthetic nutrient growth supplements advertised on internet.

Proteins for Hair Growth

Many people ask what proteins are most appropriate for hair growth. People with hair loss often turn to protein and amino acid supplements as part of their treatment regime. Although it is rare for a lack of protein to be a primary cause of hair loss, there is no harm in taking extra protein or amino acid supplements if you wish for your hair growth. If you take a blood test your serum total protein should be between 60–80 grams per liter. Less than this suggests a problem with protein intake. And you may take some of the protein supplements now available as either as powder protein supplements or liquid protein supplements. Soya bean protein is considered good for hair growth but take care not to take it in excess other wise it can have some negative affect.

Amino acids and proteins

Much importance has been given to proteins for hair growth. Protein serves as the major structural component of all cells in the body, and functions as enzymes, in membranes, as transport carriers, and as some hormones. During digestion and absorption dietary proteins are broken down to amino acids which serve as the building blocks for formation of structural proteins and functional compounds of protein such as enzymes and pre cursors of hormones etc. There are 20 amino acids in all which are required for the synthesis of proteins.

Proteins for hair growth

But out of which some of the amino acids cannot be synthesized by the body and are therefore are required to be taken as dietary amino acid supplements if you wish to take them to stimulate your hair growth. The amino acids: Phenylalanine, Valine, Tryptophan, Threonine, Isoleucine, Methionine, Histidine Arginine, Lysine Leucine are considered to be essential amino acids. But the distinction between essential and non-essential amino acids is not very clear, as some amino acids can be produced from others. For example the sulfur containing amino acids, methionine and homocysteine can be converted into each other but neither can be synthesized de novo in humans. Likewise, cysteine can be synthesized from homocysteine, but not otherwise. So, for convenience, sulfur-containing amino acids are sometimes considered a single pool of nutritionally-equivalent amino acids.

Hair follicles require a constant supply of amino acids via the blood stream to maintain hair growth. Hair follicles contain some of the fastest growing and dividing cells in the body so their energy, vitamin, mineral, and amino acid consumption is high. If amino acids are lacking, particularly the essential amino acids listed above, the hair follicles may be less able to produce hair fiber.

Benefits of amino acids

A lack of amino acids in a first world country diet is very unusual and for the most part supplements are not required. However, everyone should ensure they have a healthy, balanced diet that provides all the amino acids required. There are many amino acids, but the nine amino acids which are known as essential amino acids must be provided in the diet and are indispensable amino acids which are required for both hair and other functions of the body. The body can make the other 11 amino acids needed to synthesize specific structures from the nine essential amino acids and carbohydrate precursors.

Protein supplements

Proteins from animal sources, such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, and yogurt, provide all nine indispensable amino acids in adequate amounts and for this reason are considered “complete proteins”. Proteins from plants, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, and vegetables tend to be deficient in one or more of the indispensable amino acids and are called ‘incomplete proteins’. Vegetarian and vegan diets may contain enough protein, but people following these diets may not be receiving all the essential amino acids if they do not pay attention to the type of protein they eat. Vegan diets adequate in total protein content can be “complete” by combining sources of incomplete proteins which lack different indispensable amino acids.

Amino acid function for hair

In terms of hair fiber production, the most important amino acid is cysteine. Cysteine is the most common amino acid in hair. It is particularly important because it contains sulfur molecules. As part of a keratin protein chain, these sulfur molecules cross link with each other to produce disulfide bonds. These chemical bonds are what gives hair its strength. For this reason the most popular amino acid supplement taken for hair is cysteine.

Besides the proteins, nutritional diet vitamin supplements and safe herbal supplements are the best diet supplements for hair growth.

How To Stop Hair Loss!

Falling hair is a pretty common ailment that affects a large number of people. The problem affects both men and women. In men, the hair loss is usually permanent and may lead to baldness.

In women, hair loss can be both a temporary phenomenon and also a permanent one. In some cases the hair loss in women is only a temporary phenomenon and new hair grows back in place of the fallen hair.
The reasons for hair loss are manifold. The first and the major cause for hair loss are genetic. The second culprit is scalp disease. Lack of proper nutrition can also lead to hair loss. Stress is another major factor that leads to hair loss.

The condition of hair loss is called Alopecia. There may be many factors that lead to hair loss, but it can be stopped in two ways. One is by taking preventive measures. And the second is identifying the cause and taking suitable remedial measures.

Hair loss usually begins with the formation of small patches on the pate, which come off gradually resulting in hair loss. The patches if left untreated can turn red, oily and itchy thereby aggravating the situation.

There are many home based and time-tested grandma’s secrets to stop hair loss.

Select any one of the following methods or a combination of remedies that suit you best and this will definitely help you to stop hair loss.

For best results follow the method that suits you for best.

1. Apply a good hair tonic regularly.

2. Apply coconut oil mixed with extracts of hibiscus.

3. Apply a paste made from Fenugreek seeds that have been soaked overnight on the scalp and allow it to dry for some time before taking a bath.

4. Using coconut milk on the scalp once in a week will also help in preventing hair loss and also keep the hair healthy and glowing.

5. If you are an expectant mother, then the hair loss could be only a temporary phenomenon. The hormonal imbalance will come down automatically after delivery.

6. Eating a balanced and healthy food, keeping the hair and the scalp clean and using a good anti-dandruff shampoo will all go a long way in stopping hair loss.

If the hair loss is on a large scale then a visit to the doctor is advised. Hair loss is related to the skin and the scalp. Sever diseases of the scalp can lead to hair loss which could be permanent in case of some individuals.

Modern medicine has provided us with many options to stop hair loss. However, the emphasis should be on stopping hair loss than neglecting it and then opting for alternatives like hair replacement surgery and hair plugs.
